I've ordered from this company several times & was always happy with the product and service.

Once, a frame arrived with slight damage and the company rectified it immediately. That kind of post-sale customer service creates repeat customers.

Highly recommended.

Outstanding from start to finish. The online ordering service is excellent, very easy to navigate and place an order
The turnaround time from ordering to receiving was super-quick.
The quality of the frames was also excellent and everything is in place for hanging once you have inserted your image.
Overall, a really great product backed up by outstanding service. Couldn’t be happier!

I can’t believe how amazing the frames and the service was at just picture framing. Brahm and Ali were so friendly, informative and prompt with the framing.

Ali’s experience in framing stems from his father who’s had over 20 years experience in the game and passed it down to Ali.

I just felt so welcomed and helped and both of the staff there went above and beyond to help me achieve what I needed. I bought some paintings from Egypt for years ago on papyrus and they helped me pick the right frame, material and fitted them perfectly.

Their price is so fair, just shop around and you’ll see for yourself but their work speaks for itself.

I can’t express how happy I am and will be a lifetime customer moving forward.

I can’t recommend this business more. They love what they do and they’re so good at it. Thank you once again for the work you put in. I’ll add photos to my review later.

I first used Just Picture Framing during our dark 'Covid' period when Diamond Art overtook my life. Their online ordering system allows for faultless frames to be ordered by absolutely everyone. The service from this company has always been prompt, efficient and extremely accurate. The staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and no ask is ever a bother or a nuisance. This is certainly the right shop for all Framing needs, if it is something intricate and fully customised or just a simple frame.. this is your one stop shop. Keep up the great work chaps.. you are champions... I am a very happy, solid repeat customer ..

I had an existing frame and artwork and needed a custom mat board made to mount a fabric print. From my initial phone call through to collection, the entire experience with Just Picture Framing was excellent.
Brahm was incredibly helpful and took the time to discuss mat board colour options and explain the process. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and I appreciated the care and attention given to ensuring the finished piece complemented my artwork perfectly.
Communication was outstanding throughout. I received text updates along the way, and the whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
The finished piece looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend Brahm and the team at Just Picture Framing for their excellent customer service, professionalism and quality workmanship. I'll definitely be back for future projects.

I've ordered 2 frames from Just Picture Framing and have been very pleased with their service, online ordering process and finished product.
I had 2 beautiful signed prints by artist Karen Bloomfield that I wanted to have framed. They both look amazing. The orders were processed and despatched within a a day or 2 of ordering and arrived beautifully packaged.
