Just Picture Framing offers a competitive postage charge on each order you place with us (Each order processed which can include multiple items).

Unfortunately, there are some exceptions, Areas deemed by Just Picture Framing as Remote or Out Of Area locations within Australia, Over sized frames greater than 1m x 1m and large bulk orders may incur additional postage and does not fall in the online calculated postage charge, we will always advise you of this prior to processing your order.

All our frames are sent using one of our 3 couriers, ARAMEX, StarTrack or Australia Post registered mail. All our methods of shipping provide you with peace of mind as the shipping methods used are covered by insurance.

Just Picture Framing will issue you with tracking numbers once the item is shipped so you can see the status of your order during the shipping process.

PLEASE NOTE: Items must be inspected for damages prior to signing received slip from courier to be covered by insurance.

All the picture frames are carefully bubble wrapped in thick high quality bubble wrap to ensure the picture frames are not damaged during postage. The bubble wrap will absorb minor impact to ensure the picture frames are not damaged or the glass is not broken while in transit. The bubble wrap will also ensure the picture frame is not scratched during the packaging process.

We carefully package all the picture frames in custom made boxes to ensure you receive your picture frame safety. The boxes are sticky tapped and shut so no one can access the picture frame until you receive the item. Depending on the number of picture frames ordered we may package multiple picture frames together to save you on postage costs and to speed up the delivery process. Always check for damages to cardboard box before signing received slip by courier to be covered by insurance if the item has been damaged in transit.
