Adding a mat board is a great way to enhance the presentation of your framed piece. If you choose to include a mat, you’ll select:

• The colour of the mat board
• The number of mats (single or double mat)
• The size of the mat using the easy drop-down menu

A mat board not only adds a professional touch to your artwork but also protects it by creating space between the image and the glass. If you prefer a minimalist look, you can skip this step and frame your image without a mat.

Step 5: Select Your Glass Option

Protecting your image is important, which is why we offer several glass options:

• Clear Glass – Great for general use and displays

• Non-Reflective Glass – Reduces glare and enhances viewing

Simply select the glass option that best suits your needs. If you’re framing something that doesn’t require glass (like a stretched canvas), you can also select ‘none’.

If you uploaded your image earlier, this is where you can choose your photo paper finish:

• Metallic
